At Online Souvenir Store, we are always evaluating how to optimize our operations to meet our customers’ expectations. COVID-19 has disrupted supply chains globally, and air cargo capacity is extremely constrained. To continue providing the best possible service for our customers, we are thrilled to put out the notice about the recent changes Seychelles Post Office has implemented recently. Please note that the information is subject to change without prior notice due to the dynamic nature of the COVID-19 situation.
The list of new destinations was announced in July 2021. Online Souvenir Store Team has been in touch with Post Office Management in order to have the operations get into practice as soon as possible. Depending on the Airlines, the connections should be advised when available. On top the Post Office team will be organizing continuous follow up with the Airlines for providing the soonest opportunity to ship the mail.
With the new list of destinations we glad to advise that now your orders can be dispatched via registered post to the countries from the list. Tracking number allows the customers to follow where the package is and to have updates. Estimated time to have the mail delivered 14 to 30 days.
With caring feeling for the expectations our customers we have added line within the shipping method- Post Office (Registered Post)-advising that you may experience extended lead times for orders to be shipped during this extraordinary time. Seychelles Post Office does its best to settle the airlines to provide connections as soon as possible in order the mail to be dispatched to your destination.
