How to apply oil to hair? There are several ways and different sources say differently. Here is some brief information:
Each of us has our own type of hair and skin, and even if the scalp is oily, this fat can have 100 different causes within 100 people. Therefore, there are no universal recipes for applying coconut oil on hair for all people, but you can find your own recipes by experiment, using ready-made recipes to begin with and understanding that they can be completely different
First option: Apply coconut oil to hair only, avoiding roots and scalp. For tablespoons, 1-2 tablespoons of oil are enough.
The second option is to rub coconut oil into the scalp, applying it to the hair roots. This mask is not suitable for everyone and can be done infrequently, but it is worth trying – personally, my oily scalp feels great after this, plus, if there is no perm, then Some apply oil to the entire hair. The mask can be applied a couple of hours before shampooing, or left overnight. Do not more than 4 times a month.
Quick hair masks Even a very good and expensive shampoo deprives the hair of shine and “draws out” the structural protein. Coconut oil applied before showering protects hair from the harmful effects of shampoo. Hair is much less damaged during drying and brushing. A quick mask is applied 30-40 minutes before shampooing and can consist of pure coconut oil or a mixture of coconut oil and honey.

Hair loss mask.
Add coconut oil to salt and rub the resulting scrub into the scalp for 2-5 minutes before washing. You can make such a mask no more than 2 times a week for a month, then take a break for a couple of months. Be sure to watch the effect on your scalp – not for everyone.
In shampoo or balm. You can also add oil (a few drops per wash or a couple of spoons in a bottle) to shampoo or balm, and it is not advisable to apply the balm to the hair roots, but only to the hair itself, because it clogs the pores.
After washing. Coconut oil simultaneously dries, nourishes and adds shine to the hair, so if you apply it after washing (2-3 drops, avoiding the hair roots), the hair will not appear greasy, and the thinned ends will be very happy. If you pre-trim your hair – trim the split ends, then using coconut oil, they can stay healthy for much longer. Whether this mask is suitable for you should be clear the first time (not suitable for everyone).

Apply a mixture of coconut oil and honey on clean face for 15 minutes, then rinse with warm water. * The mask is considered antibacterial, and honey expands the pores, so often you should not do this mask.
Pure coconut oil is used to make neck wraps for 20-30 minutes. As a result, the skin of the neck becomes moisturized and smooth.
