Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.

  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive the item.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Exchanges

  • We replace defective or damaged items free of charge.

  • If you need an exchange, contact us at seychellessouvenir@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom or personalized items.

  • Sale items or gift cards.

  • Items not in their original condition or returned beyond the eligibility period.

Exceptions for Jewelry Items

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

  • Custom-made or engraved jewelry pieces are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Sale or discounted jewelry items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

  • If a jewelry item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days for a replacement or refund.
