Exceptions for Jewelry Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Custom-made or engraved jewelry pieces are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
